The New Mexico Environmental Improvement Board on Tuesday Sept. 6 will
further consider a petition for a rule change in New Mexico which would
disallow the sale of neurotoxic food additives, particularly focused on the
artificial sweetener, aspartame, whose metabolized by products include
formaldehyde and DKP (brain tumor agent) with proven neurodegenerative
effects.
Aspartame is found in diet and regular beverages, most chewing gums,
coffee sweeteners, jams and jellies, yogurt, children's vitamins, Listermint
Strips and in an estimated 7000 different products consumed by 70 % of
the population and 40% of children. This includes over the counter and
prescription drugs.
The Environmental Improvement Board has complete statutory power to
get rid of aspartame, and the rule change was filed on August 22, along with
letters from New Mexico pediatricians, state legislators, activists,
victims of aspartame poisoning, and some of the most knowledgeable
doctors in the United States on the subject of the neurotoxic damages from this
neurotoxic drug masquerading as a sweetener.
The Board has the power to set a hearing on this subject to further
consider the rule change in the Administrative Code, or to reject it
entirely and defer the matter to the fact the US FDA approved aspartame
back in 1981, although a mountain of evidence existed even at that
time it was toxic and poisonous. Various state officials and legislators are
urging the Environmental Improvement Board to not sweep this matter under the
FDA rug, and to put the health of all New Mexicans above all, as their
highest priority, no matter how charged or challenging a full scale
hearing on the subject might ultimately turn out to be.
The FDA originally asked for the indictment of Searle but both U.S.
Prosecutors hired on with the defense team and the statute of limitations
expired. At the time Don Rumsfeld was CEO of Searle and said he would

Dr. John Olney testified before the Board of Inquiry of the FDA if
aspartame was approved it would damage the brains of our children. FDA
agreed with him. Two studies showing how aspartame damages the brain
were done in Dr. Olney's lab so he could oversee them. Searle never gave
them to the FDA as discussed in the movie. Studies sacrificing humans in
poor villages in six countries showed aspartame destroys the brain and
central nervous system and triggers brain tumors and seizures.
Although we have the affidavit of the translator Searle never published the
studies. A few years ago a study in Norway showed aspartame destroys the brain
especially in the area of learning. Dr. Olney's prophecy has been
fulfilled as schools are overflowing with children with ADD, ADHD,
behavioral problems, Tourettes, etc. The Alabama Board of Education had
this letter in their hands when they decided to continue to allow

Aspartame (NutraSweet/Equal/Spoonful,E951,Canderel) is an endocrine
disrupting drug, stimulates prolactin, changes the menses and causes
infertility. A Japanese study showed aspartame also causes infertility in
the male. If a woman abstains from aspartame and gets pregnant, it's an
abortifacient and teratogen (triggers birth defects and mental
retardation). And if a live child is born it may have heinously damaged
DNA for generations to come as proven in the l998 Trocho Study in
Barcelona. Aspartame destroys families starting from the gleam in the
husband's eye, it causes male sexual dysfunction and ruins female
response due to damage to the hypothalamus and mitochondria, life of the cell.
This same damage to the mitochondria causes aspartame to interact with ALL
