New Distributors are able to enroll by telephone and still be able to
have it count as their first direct ship order.

After they are enrolled by phone, they just need to sign and initial and
order form and fax to neways or email to orders@neways.com before the
end of their first month and reference the order number they were given by
phone and state on the order form or email that their phoned in order is
to serve as their first direct ship order.

If it is done by email it must come from the new distributors email address.
There is no need to put the credit card number on the form or email.
