 Eat Raw Food Daily

Raw fruits and veggies contain enzymes, which are destroyed during cooking (over 45oC/118oF). Enzymes switch off healing processes. Cancer is a healing process that has not terminated upon completion of its task.[1]

Prof. John Beard, Drs Harold Manner, Shelton, Krebs, Binzel, Contreras and many others found diet and attitude were the critical issues when faced with seriously ill patients. Raw, organic foods in particular, bowing under the weight of vitamins, minerals and enzymes, assisted the body in regaining health, sometimes when all hope for the patient had been lost. I myself have seen numerous cases of sick folk making startling recoveries when diets are changed, minds are focused on getting better, and doctors’ ministrations are kept to a minimum! Somehow, the bland exhortations from the establishment to ‘Eat your fruits and vegetables, kids’ just doesn’t convey the correct sense of urgency about this most important icon.

Raw food comes as God intended and should be eaten the same way. Minimising sugar-yielding, processed, high-glycemic carbohydrates like cakes, ‘ready’ meals (ready for the bin, more like), pastas and other grain and potato derivatives in favour of real food will change the way you feel in a hurry. If you spend your days feeling lethargic and listless, do this! Make a special effort to obtain organic produce. Some paint this as a chore – and sometimes it’s hard to procure a steady and quality supply – but this is food we’re talking about – future bits of you - not a second-hand Honda. Ensure raw food plays a part in your staple every day and encourage others to do the same.

Oh, and another bonus. Raw food tastes great!
